Monitoring and analysis
The demands made on a ventilation system differ greatly depending on where it is being deployed. To ensure reliable operation, AIRTEC develops an individual service plan and defines regular monitoring cycles. Analyses and suggestions for optimisation are drawn up from the data acquired. AIRTEC also takes care of the systems’ air hygiene certification in accordance with DIN ISO 14644, VDI 6022 and VDI 6023.
Monitoring
- Monitoring of basic parameters, such as pressure difference, temperature, humidity, air velocity, and volume of air
- Measuring particles in the air of the respective rooms, with classification of air cleanliness in accordance with DIN ISO 14644
- Hygiene tests in accordance with VDI 6022 and VDI 6023, checking the ventilation systems for dirt, bacterial growth and legionella contamination
- Determination of the total viable count (TVC) with tests of the filters for microbial growth and checks of the hygienic condition of those parts of the installation that carry water
- Comprehensive documentation with reporting
Analysis and optimisation
Most ventilation systems have an enormous potential for optimisation and making savings. AIRTEC’s professional management of the systems brings this to light:
- Suggestions for reducing the ventilation system’s energy consumption by optimising operation
- Suggestions for improving the quality of the room air
- Increase in the first-run rate in production, and ensuring continuation of operations
- Improved deployment of filters and reduction of filter types
- Extension of the intervals between filter changes
